Ms. Carrie Chang Kine Oi
Ms Carrie Chang has been serving in special needs education since 2009, from teaching and leading learning centres to coordinating programs for individuals with special needs. At PERKOBP, she manages the entire operations, particularly, coordinating initiatives that support adults with special needs, as well as their families and caregivers, promoting inclusion, skill development, and holistic growth. She joined Perkobp in Jan 2026 to lead the operation and expand the services of Perkobp.
Coordinator : Ms. Sharon Cheng Len Len
Sharon Cheng started volunteering as a coordinator at PERKOBP in 2019.
Coordinator: Ms. Leow Teh Sim (aka. Sim)
Sim started volunteering as coordinator in PERKOBP in 2023. She also started and led the PERKOBP Farm project in 2025.

Mdm Chong started volunteering as a coordinator at PERKOBP in 2019.
Ms Maria Sabaopan Marpuri
A dedicated parent volunteer who established, nurtured, and manages the PERKOBP Farm. Passionate about organic farming, with both the skills and enthusiasm to sustain and grow it.
Ms Sally Thong
Sally is a caring and reliable volunteer at PERKOBP, supporting daily operations with patience and compassion. She helps manage special situations, maintains the front garden, assists with cleaning, and willingly takes on tasks whenever needed. Her humble spirit and dedication make her a valued member of the team.
