Malaysian CARE has supported PERKOBP even before its formal establishment. It provided advice and guidance in drafting PERKOBP’s constitution and assisted with its registration with the Registrar of Societies. Malaysian CARE also helped establish the PERKOBP Employment Training Centre (ETC) and provided two support staff to assist with training and to guide the day-to-day operations of the centre for three years.

After three decades, Malaysian CARE staff have returned to support the expansion and redevelopment of vocational training and services. PERKOBP is truly grateful for the partnership, support, and contributions of Malaysian CARE.
