This program focuses on essential adult life skills and personal development through group activities, role-play, and real-life practice to ensures trainees can function independently in society.

  • Self-Awareness & Grooming: Daily routines focusing on personal hygiene, appropriate dressing for work, and identifying personal strengths.
  • Social & Team Building: Group activities like “Social Buddies” sessions or team-based tasks (e.g., preparing group meals) to practice communication and cooperation.
  • Financial Literacy: Practical lessons on “Money Management”—understanding the value of RM, using the rounding mechanism, and basic saving.
  • Community Integration: Regular supervised outings to banks, supermarkets, or public transport to practice real-world social skills.
