Chief Coordinator
Carrie Chang has been serving in special needs education since 2009, from teaching and leading learning centres to coordinating programs for individuals with special needs. At PERKOBP, she manages the entire operations, particularly, coordinating initiatives that support adults with special needs, as well as their families and caregivers, promoting inclusion, skill development, and holistic growth.
